Defining Culture: We start the session by defining culture and identifying why founders need to start to consider culture early on in their company.
Identifying Values: In order to understand what culture we seek to model, we will run through an exercise to help each of us identify our values
Translating into Behavior: We will end the session with a model to help translate values into behaviors when building our organizations
